Our workouts range from 20 to 60 minutes a day, so you can workout in the time it takes most people to commute to and from the gym, and you can work out anywhere, anytime.

 

It's a challenge, so it'll be challenging, but you don't have to change your life. You just have to do a little yoga everyday.

To take the Dirty Challenge, you'll require a yoga mat and a set of light hand weights. We recommend about 3 to 8 pounds for women, and 5 to 15 pounds for men. The heavier you go, the more of a workout you'll get.
