In the morning, we’ll hold our poses, finding our stamina, then we'll find our abs and work those with weights. No, really, it'll be fun.
At the end of the day we’ll loosen up with a quickie then get into our hips for a deep stretch. What you do with your loose hips Sat night is completely up to you.
Sunday morning is the time to get Filthy, it'll get you going and work your stamina, strength, balance, flexibility. That's all.
Sunday evening we’ll take it slow and stretch it all out . Trust us, it’ll feel good afterward. As will a warm bath.
Take a HIIT Monday morning. That is, a little intense interval yoga to rev you up, followed by a 12-step stretch. Then kick butt all week.
